What Are the Risks of Rejuran?

No cosmetic treatment comes without its potential risks, but the good news is that Rejuran is generally safe when performed by a experienced clinicians! That said, here are some rare things you might experience following your Rejuran treatment.

• Mild swelling or redness at the injection site (totally normal and usually goes away within a few hours).

• Bruising (especially if you're prone to it). Although we take extreme care, sometimes mild bruising is an inevitable outcome.

• Tenderness or a slight soreness at the injection points (again, nothing too intense).

Is Rejuran Better Than Profhilo?

How painful is Rejuran?

The discomfort is mild and usually fades within a few minutes. Our BYGOLDEN team can also use a topical numbing cream prior to treatment, which reduces the pain even further!

What should you avoid after Rejuran?

After your Rejuran session, you’ll need to follow a few aftercare steps to ensure everything heals well and you get the best results:

• Avoid touching or massaging the treated area for at least 24 hours to prevent irritation or infection.

• No makeup for 12 hours post-treatment (let your skin breathe and heal).

• Skip the sun exposure for a few days, and don’t use tanning beds (your skin will be more sensitive).

• Lay off the intense workouts for 1 to 2 days. Sweat and excess movement might increase swelling.

• Avoid alcohol for a day or two, since it can increase the risk of bruising. You can also add an LED Heallite II treatment on-top of your Rejuran treatment. The Heallite is scientifically proven to reduce bruising & swelling
